Your credit is issued in the currency of your order. Standard percentage thresholds are based on the eligible product amount in euros, so an order in another currency is assessed using its euro value. The qualifying campaign rate is 15% regardless of the order’s percentage tier.

The cart shows an estimate. Your final credit is calculated from the eligible amount after checkout discounts, any existing credit used at checkout, and refunds processed before credit is issued. Tax treatment and currency conversion can also affect the final amount.

The part paid with existing credit does not earn new credit. However, using credit does not lower your standard percentage tier: the tier is based on the final eligible product amount before used credit is deducted. For example, if your eligible product amount is €448 and you use €50 in credit, the standard rate is 5% and you earn €19.90 on the remaining €398. During the 15% campaign, the same €398 earning amount would earn €59.70.

Your credit is normally issued 30 days after your order is fulfilled, provided payment is complete. If a return or refund is still being processed, credit is held until it has been resolved. Cancelled and fully refunded orders do not earn credit. Partially refunded orders may still earn credit on the remaining eligible amount.

Your credit is valid for 365 days from the date it is issued.

The Credit System is for consumer purchases. Wholesale customers and B2B orders do not earn Fitwood Credit.

Fitwood Credit is calculated from the final product amount after discounts and refunds. Shipping is excluded. 
The standard rate is 3% below €400, 
5% from €400, 
7% from €800, 
10% from €1,300

These thresholds use the order’s euro value. For orders delivered within the EU, product VAT is included in the calculation; outside the EU, product taxes are excluded. Any amount paid with existing credit is deducted from the amount that earns new credit. Promotional rates may apply as described above.

Before credit is issued, returns and partial refunds reduce the product amount used in the calculation. This also applies to a price adjustment for a product you keep. Under the standard rates, the lower final amount may move your order to a lower percentage tier. 
For example, an eligible product amount of €468 reduced by a €70 refund becomes €398: at the standard 3% rate, it earns €11.94, assuming no existing credit remains used on the order.
